Marflex Joint Tape System is a joint capping system that provides protection against the ingress of corrosive / reactive liquids into the ground through expansion / contraction and control joints. The system can withstand splash and spills of a broad range of chemicals including organic and inorganic acids, caustics, oxidizing agents, and aromatic and chlorinated solvents.

Application

Apply one coat of Marflex 8000 adhesive to prepared concrete substrate.



Apply one coat of Marflex 8000 adhesive to fleece backing on Marflex 8000 Joint Tape.



Position Marflex 8000 Joint Tape over adhesive substrate.



Roll with 2.5" steel roller to tightly bond Joint Tape to adhesive substrate.



Remove masking or duct tape from substrate



Allow eight hours for full cure.
